About ProposalPilot

ProposalPilot helps teams answer RFPs, security questionnaires and proposals in hours instead of days — without handing control of their data or their AI spend to a vendor.

Why we built it

Responding to formal requests is repetitive: the same company facts, certifications and policies are re-typed into every new document, and the right past answer is always hard to find. We built ProposalPilot to turn that repetition into a workflow — extract the questions, draft from approved content, review with your team, export.

What we believe

  • Your documents are yours. Answers are drafted from your own content and show their sources.
  • People approve, AI drafts. Nothing is marked done until a person approves it.
  • You choose the AI. Bring your own Claude, OpenAI, OpenRouter, Hugging Face or Ollama account, so you control cost and data terms.
  • Be honest about security. We describe our controls plainly and don't claim certifications we don't hold.
