Acceptable Use Policy

To keep ProposalPilot safe and reliable for everyone, you agree not to misuse the service. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.

You may not

  • Break the law or infringe anyone's intellectual-property, privacy or other rights.
  • Upload malware, or attempt to disrupt, overload or probe the service for vulnerabilities without permission.
  • Access another workspace's data or try to bypass access controls, rate limits or billing.
  • Use the service to send spam, harass others, or share unlawful, deceptive or harmful content.
  • Submit bids or documents containing knowingly false statements.
  • Upload personal data about people you serve (for example nonprofit beneficiaries) unless you are permitted to and have anonymized it where appropriate.
  • Share credentials, or resell or sublicense the service without our written agreement.
  • Use the service to build a competing product by scraping or copying it.

Responsible disclosure

If you find a security issue, please tell us through the Contact page (topic: Security) and give us reasonable time to fix it before sharing it publicly. Don't access data that isn't yours or degrade the service while testing.

Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and report unlawful activity to authorities. Where practical we will contact you first.
