ProposalPilot uses only the cookies and browser storage it needs to work. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics or tracking scripts.

What we use

Authentication session cookies (set by our authentication provider, Supabase) keep you signed in and protect your session. They are strictly necessary.
Browser storage (IndexedDB and localStorage) on your device stores, if you use encrypted direct messages, a non-extractable key so you don't have to re-enter your passphrase on every page load, and fingerprints used to warn you if a teammate's key changes. It never leaves your device.

What we don't use

Advertising or retargeting cookies.
Third-party analytics or session-replay tools.
Social-media tracking pixels.

Your choices

Because we only use essential cookies, there is no consent banner to dismiss. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but you will then be unable to stay signed in. Signing out or clearing site data removes the locally stored chat key.
